The Stats tab shows you both your Journal, which is where all of your completed workouts are saved and the Stats tab, which is where you will be able to see your data for all of your main lifts.
The Stats section tracks the progress related to your squat, bench, deadlift, hip thrust, and overhead press maxes. This includes the heaviest weight lifted (top set), your Training Max, and tonnage (sets x reps x load).
The single biggest contributor to progress will be consistency. Showing up and putting in the work week after week and month after month will be the biggest driver to getting stronger and building muscle over time. The stats page is going to help you see that progress over time. You will have days where you don't feel strong, you will have deload weeks where you lift lighter weights, and all of this is a part of the process of getting stronger. By looking at the stats, you will be able to see how you are progressively getting stronger, even when there are slight dips in the weight you are lifting.
Not seeing any data yet? Before the app can display your data, it has to collect a sufficient amount of data for the charts. After collecting multiple (3+) data entries, you'll begin to see charts populate within the Stats section.
