Long gone are the days of breaking out the pen and paper to record all your exercises, sets, reps, and weights. Not only do we take the guesswork out of your programming, but we also have the Journal feature to help track your workouts to keep them all in one place. The Journal is your in-app workout log, so you can always review the exercises you did and how you felt that day.
Every time a workout is saved and completed, the collected data helps generate your Stats page to provide some insightful views of your overall training and performance!
Simply click on the Stats button at the bottom of your screen to view the monthly calendar. Dates that have a small dot underneath indicate that a workout has been logged on that day.
If you scroll to the bottom, there is a View Summary button showing the workout completed in the current macrocycle, your heaviest lift of the day, and your total tonnage (the same view you get after just completing a workout). You can customize your name and the background of your Summary Page, plus share it on your social platforms and remember to tag us at @strongerbythedayapp so we can also share on our page!
*Note for the summary page: Your name will show at the top of the summary page. You can edit your name under the profile tab if you do not want your full name showing.
