One of the best and most dynamic parts of the SBTD app is our Training Max functionality.
The entire SBTD program follows a generalized training progression week-to-week throughout a macrocycle. By using a personalized Training Max for each lifter and tracking their user data against benchmarks or target ranges, we can individualize the rate of progression.
Newer lifters making novice gains will follow the same general volume and percent prescriptions but calculated on a more rapidly increasing max. They can supercharge their rate of progress.
