How does the referral program work?
Our referral program allows you to earn rewards by sharing Stronger by the Day with your friends and family. You’ll be able to share your unique referral link, and when someone you refer signs up and makes a purchase, both of you receive a reward! You’ll receive a notification every time a referral signs up using your code.
What rewards can I earn?
Currently, for every successful referral, you’ll earn one month off of your current subscription, applied to your next billing period. Your referral will get their first month for just $1 on a monthly subscription.
What reward does the person I refer earn?
Anyone who signs up using your unique referral link will get their first month for just $1 on a monthly subscription. They will also get their own referral link for them to share with their friends and family too!
Can my referral upgrade their subscription?
Yes! Referrals can upgrade to a quarterly or annual subscription anytime after their first payment is processed. This can be done from the app under the Settings tab > Subscription.
How do I share my referral link?
You can find your unique referral link under the Invite a Friend section in the Settings tab of your app. Copy the link found there and share it via email, social media, or text.
How will I know if my referral was successful?
You can track all of your referrals in the Invite a Friend section of the Settings tab in your app.
A successful referral is a new member who uses your referral code and signs up for the Stronger By the Day app with a successful first payment of $1.
When will I receive my referral reward?
Your reward will be applied to your next billing period after your referral successfully signs up and completes their first payment.
Please note, all successful referrals must have signed up at least one day before the next billing period. If the referral signs up after the cutoff date, the reward will be applied on the following billing period.
For example, an annual subscriber ($100/ year) has a renewal date of 3/1/2025. If they have 3 friends sign up one day before their renewal date, then they will receive 3 months off / 25% off their renewal on 3/1/2025 and they should only be charged $75.
If they have 2 friends sign up one day before their renewal date and 1 friend after their renewal date, then they will only receive 2 months off / ~17% off their annual subscription and the last friend will be counted for the following billing period.
If the referrer upgrades or downgrades their subscription, does their rewards automatically roll over and apply accordingly?
Yes, pending rewards will roll forward to their next billing date.
Is there a limit to how many rewards I can earn?
There’s no limit! You can refer as many friends as you’d like and continue earning one month off your subscription for every successful referral.
What happens if my friend forgets to use my referral link?
We can only track referrals made through your unique link. Make sure your friends use your link when signing up to ensure you both receive the rewards. Please note, the discount field will only show when creating a new user account during sign up.
Can referral rewards expire?
Rewards are automatically applied to your next billing period, so there’s no need to worry about expiration.
Can I use my referral rewards with other promotions?
Referral rewards may not be stackable with other discounts or promotions. Refer to the program terms for details.
How do I contact support about referral issues?
If you believe there’s an issue with your referral or reward, please contact our Customer Support Team and they’ll be happy to assist you. Be sure to include your referral link and your friend's signup details.
Are there any restrictions on who I can refer to the app?
Yes, referrals must be new customers who have not previously signed up for a subscription. Additional restrictions may apply—please contact Customer Support for more details.
I don’t see a unique code on my Invite a Friend Screen - is something wrong?
No worries! You might be on one of our older payment processors. Good news -- by contacting our Customer Support Team, we can update your account to enable referral and reward sharing. We will transfer your account type to our new system and you will be ready to start referring and earning rewards!
What happens to my rewards if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your subscription and still have pending rewards, those rewards will still remain in our system if you return to Stronger By the Day.
