We get it — life happens. Maybe you’re dealing with an injury, taking a break, or switching to another program. Here’s what you need to know about pausing or canceling your subscription.
Can I pause my subscription?
At this time, we’re not able to pause subscriptions. However, you can cancel anytime, and:
- You will not lose any of your data.
- When you return and log in with the same email address, your history and saved data will still be there.
- Plus+1 members: If you resubscribe within the same year your subscription was canceled, we will honor your previous subscription rate.

How to cancel your subscription (In - App)
If you’re past the free trial period, you can cancel anytime through the app:
Profile Settings → Subscription
Once canceled, you’ll still have access until the end of your current billing period.
⚠️ Tip: Cancel at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged.
About the 7-day free trial (for new members)
All new subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial, followed by your first payment. You have immediate access to programs and content. If you decide it’s not a good fit, simply cancel during the trial to avoid charges.
Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription → Take quick survey → Confirm Cancellation
(You’ll see a red confirmation message showing your cancellation date — and you’ll still have access until then.)
Is there a minimum commitment?
No minimum commitment.
You can join month-to-month, but we recommend sticking with the program for at least 4 months to see meaningful progress.
We also offer discounted quarterly and annual subscriptions for those who want to save more.
Refund Policy
All sales are final once a subscription has been billed. You may cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the billing period.
