Our training is designed in periodized blocks (cycles), but the most important factor in your progress isn’t the exact week you start — it’s consistency.
Showing up week after week and month after month will have a far greater impact on your strength and muscle growth than starting at the “perfect time.”
We intentionally structure our programming so that:
- No single workout or week determines your results
- You can jump in at any point and still make progress
- Every block builds on long-term development, not one-off sessions
In other words:
You won’t “miss anything” or be at a disadvantage by starting mid-cycle.
The best time to start is as soon as you’re ready to train. The sooner you begin, the sooner you’ll get stronger.
