Express Workouts
Express gives you the same programming and intent as the full Gym workouts — just in less time.
Time commitment: ~40–60 minutes
How it works: One set is removed from the standard Gym workout
Training focus: Still prioritizes progressive overload and long-term progress
Best for: Busy schedules, lunch-hour workouts, or temporarily reducing volume for recovery
Many members run Express long-term and continue seeing consistent results.
How to turn it on:
Toggle Express directly from the app’s home screen (between Gym and Bodyweight).
Weekly Training Frequency
You can choose how many days per week you train:
3-day, 4-day, 5-day
This allows you to match the program to your schedule as life ebbs and flows.
How to adjust:
Tap the Calendar icon in the top-right corner of the app and select the schedule that works best for you.
Can I Change How Many Days I Train or the Workout Order?
Yes. You can switch between 3, 4, or 5 training days at any time. You’re not locked into one option — feel free to experiment to find what fits your lifestyle best.
As long as you’re completing the workouts within the training week, adjusting rest days or workout order is totally fine.
