Why Aren’t Past Weeks Available?
Stronger By the Day is designed to be followed in real time as part of an ongoing macrocycle.
Not archiving past weeks helps:
Keep everyone training on the same schedule
Prevent members from falling behind or training off-cycle
Allow new members to join at any point without being “behind”
Maintain consistent progression as the macrocycle unfolds
If you miss a workout or start mid-week, that’s okay. We recommend jumping into the current week’s training as soon as possible to stay aligned with the program.
SBTD isn’t written as a short-term 4-, 8-, or 12-week plan. It’s built around long-term macrocycles focused on sustainable strength and progress over months, not weeks.
Consistency over time matters more than completing every single workout perfectly. Do what you can each week, stay present with the current programming, and progress will follow.
