How Plus+1 Works
Plus+1 programming is separate from Stronger By the Day
To access Plus+1, you’ll need to download the Plus+1 App from the App Store or Google Play
A separate subscription is required for Plus+1
What Happens to My SBTD Subscription?
At this time, Stronger By the Day subscriptions cannot be paused.
You can:
Keep your SBTD subscription active, or
Cancel it and resubscribe later when you’re ready to return
Your data will remain saved — just be sure to sign back up using your original email address.
When Should I Switch to Plus+1?
There’s no single “right” time, but we generally recommend switching once you find out you’re pregnant.
This allows you to:
Begin working on pregnancy-specific breathing and bracing cues
Transition smoothly as training adjusts through prenatal and postpartum phases
The Trying to Conceive (TTC) phase in Plus+1 closely mirrors the structure of Stronger By the Day, but is designed to gradually adapt as you move into pregnancy and postpartum.
If you’re TTC, pregnant, or postpartum and want programming designed specifically for that stage, Plus+1 is the safest and most supportive option. You can always return to Stronger By the Day when you’re ready!
